For our sales team, we are now looking for a dedicated sales representative for software and software development modernization to support our team in customer acquisition and support.

As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships in the DACH region.

You are responsible for the following tasks:

    • Identification of potential customers and development of acquisition strategies
    • Achieving sales and growth targets by managing projects from proposal preparation to completion and negotiating with decision makers
    • You advise customers on software and service solutions in all aspects of the entire application landscape, development and operational modernization.
    • Together with our modernization team, you will support our customers in achieving maximum satisfaction with our products and improving them through feedback.
    • By working closely with our customers, you will ensure their satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty through continuous innovative solutions.
    • You will actively participate in marketing activities to publicize our products and solutions and acquire new customers.

Your qualifications:

    • Completed studies or training in the field of computer science, business administration or a comparable field of study
    • Several years of professional experience in sales (preferably B2B) or comparable
    • Good understanding of IT products and solutions to understand customer needs
    • Strong organizational skills as well as independent work and initiative
    • High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking paired with strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
    • Willingness to travel
    • Strong communication skills to recognize customer needs and present solutions as well as willingness to learn, charisma and enthusiasm
    • Strong presentation and persuasive skills
    • Experience in preparing offers and negotiating contracts
    • Driven by goals and customer needs
